Last Friday marked a significant milestone in my Yoga Nidra journey as I had the pleasure of co-hosting an event with the talented sound healer, Jordyn Binkowski. Together, we created a sacred space for individuals to unwind, rejuvenate, and tap into the transformative power of deep relaxation.
