- Sofusion Shamanic Sound Therapy Certification — my signature method blending crystal bowls, gongs, drums, Native American flute, resonance practices, and nervous-system awareness
- Over 500 hours of yoga and meditation training, with years of experience teaching in studios, retreats, beaches, and community circles.
